Who we are
 
The Trattoria Ponte Rosso was set up in 2003 by a group of friends,
some of whom (but not all) had a background in catering.
What brings them together is their passion for cooking,for getting together
and meeting new people.
The friends are Denis Santachiara, Renato Mannehimer,
Antonio Calabrò, Tiziana Cipelletti, Marco Moneta, Nicola Zanardi,
Vittore Giacomini, Francesco Carugo, and lastly
Stefania Giannotti (owner) and Claudio Vanin (chef).
Zucchero a Velo is the catering service run by the Ponte Rosso.
With the valuable expertise and contribution of partner Francesco Carugo,
it offers its customers tailor-made, themed projects: events large or small,
a party, an opening, a splendid beginning or a happy ending.
